High Mountain Long Jing Dragon Well Green Tea 高山龙井
Dragon Well green tea is one of the most famous teas in China, referred to in Chinese as "Long Jing". It originated in West Lake of Hangzhou, and is now cultivated in other parts of Zhejiang province and other regions of China, resulting in a tea that can vary significantly in quality and taste. This specific tea is harvested from the locally grown historic varietal called Qunti Zhong, which exhibits noticeably higher quality and taste than the more widely grown Long Jing #43. This is truly an excellent every day tea and provides an authentically satisfying dragon well experience.

A great every day tea, it is very aromatic, full bodied, smooth and sweet after taste.Steeping Guide
185oF, 4g (2 tsp) for 6-8 oz of spring/filtered water, adjust to taste, 1 minutes, 2-3 steepings. We advise against the use of tap water as well as purified water.
To get the most enjoyment out of the tea, we recommend using a glass brewing vessel without an infuser, pouring the hot water first, adding the tea, and then smelling the amazing aroma and admiring the opening of the tea leaves.
