Shipping and Returns
We ship worldwide through United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail and Priority mail. You can select these options at check out. Fees vary depending on the location and weight. All shipments will include a tracking number to gauge delivery progress.

For Canada, we ship via USPS First Class International for $12 and up, depending on the location and weight, estimate arrival 5-10 business days, but may be longer during the holidays. Other international shipments may take up to 21 days to arrive. Please note, the international recipient is responsible for any local duties and taxes due at delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be shipped the next business day. We fulfill orders within 24 hours, however, please allow 1 business day for order fulfillment prior to shipping.
Free shipping available within US
We sometimes offer promotions on free shipping for domestic US only. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders electing free shipping.
Please enter your shipping address correctly! If the address you provided wrong and incurred a service charge by the carrier for intercepting a package already in transit, you will be responsible for the additional service charges and the over delivery time. Please double check your address after entering.
We do not accept PO Box addresses for shipping.
We stand by the quality of our products. We will gladly accept any return within 14 days of purchase for any reason, with the exception of sampler purchases . If you regret making your purchase, please email us of your concerns and we will try our best to make you happy. When returning, please do let us know so we can look out for your package. The package has to be un-opened, unused, and in original packaged condition. Please be sure to include a note in your return package stating the reason for the return, your name, and order number, and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please note: shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we shipped the wrong order. If returning, please ship it in a box (not a padded envelope) to better protect the tea and tea ware during shipping!

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt of the return and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email.
If the item is defective or damaged, we will be gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please send your exchange request to email@example.com
