Shipping Worldwide

We ship worldwide through United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail, USPS Priority mail, and DHL. You can select these options at check out. Fees vary depending on the location and weight. All shipments will include a tracking number to gauge delivery progress.

For international shipments, please note that the international recipient is responsible for any local duties and taxes due at delivery. 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be shipped the next business day. We fulfill and ship orders within 24-48 hours. 

Free shipping available within US

We sometimes offer promotions on free shipping for domestic US only. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders electing free shipping.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please enter your shipping address correctly! If the address you provided is wrong and incurred a service charge by the carrier for intercepting a package already in transit, you will be responsible for the additional service charges and the additional delivery time. Please double check your address after entering.  

We do not accept PO Box addresses for shipping. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

We only accept returns for wrong orders or damaged goods within 14 days of purchase providing the package is un-opened, unused, and in original packaged condition. Opened tea pouches are not eligible for return. Otherwise, if you do not want the item(s), you can return with the original package and specify that you'd like an exchange or store credit. When returning, please do let us know so we can look out for your package. Please be sure to include a note in your return package stating the reason for the return, your name, and order number, and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Please note: return shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we shipped the wrong order or the item(s) is damaged, in which case, a return label will be provided. If returning, please ship it in a box (not a padded envelope) to better protect the tea and tea ware during shipping!

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued within three business days of receipt of the return and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment. Please note that we will retain the transaction fee of 3.5% charged to us by the financial services company (such as credit card, PayPal, etc) if the entire order is canceled or returned. For a partial return of an item or items with a total value of less than $100, we will not charge the transaction fee as a courtesy. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email.

For non-artisan tea wares, if the item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. However, all artisan tea wares are carefully examined and packed prior to shipment and are delicate artworks, so we cannot accept exchanges or refunds once the item has been unpacked and/or used.  Please send your exchange request to info@meimeitea.com
