Available Shipping Services
We ship domestically through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage mail and USPS Priority mail. UPS domestic and international shipping service is also available for your choice. DHL Express and is available for international shipments. You can select these options at check out. Fees vary depending on the location and weight. All shipments will include a tracking number to gauge delivery progress.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be shipped the next business day. We fulfill and ship orders within 24-48 hours.
Shipment Status
All US domestic and international shipments are trackable. After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via an email. You may track parcels directly in "My account".
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Please note that the international recipient is responsible for any local duties and taxes due at delivery. We ships your packages duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes. We are not responsible for any shipping and fees occurs in transit. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
If the parcel is returned due to the refusal of the recipient paying any required duties or taxes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the shipping fees will not be refunded.
Free shipping available within US
We sometimes offer promotions on free shipping for domestic US only. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders electing free shipping.
Incorrect addresses
Please enter your shipping address correctly! If the address you provided is wrong and incurred a service charge by the carrier for intercepting a package already in transit, you will be responsible for the additional service charges and the additional delivery time. Please double check your address after entering.
We do not accept PO Box addresses for shipping.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We only accept returns for wrong orders or damaged goods within 15 days of purchase providing the package is un-opened, unused, and in original packaged condition.
All returns need to be requested via email at info@meimeitea.com within 15 days of receiving delivery. Please be sure to include in the email stating your name, your order number, the reason for your return / exchange, and if you would prefer a refund or store credit. Opened tea pouches are not eligible for return.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and losses. Any unqualified returns / exchanges will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. When returning, please do let us know so we can look out for your package.
All teaware returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returned items that are not received in the original packing will be subject to an additional 15% repackaging fee.
Please note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong order was shipped or the item(s) is damaged. If returning, please ship it in a box (not a padded envelope) to better protect the tea and tea ware during shipping!

All sales of Clearance items are final. No return of Clearance items will be permitted for refund or exchange unless product is damaged or is defective.
