"Three troughs, two ravines", or San Keng Liang Jian (三坑两涧) in Chinese, is the most prominent micro core producing areas of Wuyi rock oolong, located at the heart of Wuyi Mountains. Teas produced in these five areas are regarded as the most precious Wuyi tea, renowned for the best quality and taste. This tea is produced from one of the two ravines called "Wuyuan Jian" (悟源涧). From the famous Horse Head rock at the ridge of the mountain, down the slope to the lower bottom of the mountainside, lies the lavish Wuyuan Jian. Jian is a ravine in Chinese, meaning two mountains slope down and a stream or small river runs through it.

Rou Gui has distinctive cinnamon notes which complement an underlying taste of dark roasted nuts. Wu Yun Jian Rou Gui is rare and have always regarded as connoisseur's retreat. Initially it is in Victoria's private stash. Due to its misty weather year around and lavish landscape, this tea gives you more gentle rich taste and lasting sensation of Yun besides it is otherwise other great attributes of Rui Gui. Made by master Liu Qing who inherited his skills from his father, one of the several tea masters at the prominent Wuyi Tea Factory. It is very fruity, has notable hints of apricot, plum, rhubarb. it has baked flavor of woodiness and very smooth. It also has strong huigan. It is one of the best of its kind, demonstrating the definitive charming essence and sensory pleasures of Wuyi rock oolong; famously described as "Floral Fragrance, Rock Bone".
