A magnificent tea, not just because of its unique name, but also for its strong floral fragrance and delightfully complex taste. However, the making of Tie Guan Yin is very complex, requires intensive care and skills. This tea is harvested in Spring, in De Qing of Anxi county, Fujian province. This tea is hand-rolled into small, jade colored balls.
