"…But must admit, I prefer shu over sheng. So this is tasty but mild as it should be. Vegetal/woody; dry, not sweet; astringent and not acidic"

"Wrote previous 4 star review, but this deserves better. Red- gold liquor with leaves not striking to look at but both contain fragrance then taste reminiscent of fresh fish or fishpond or even a light fish broth. Not to say fishy taste, but makes me generalize, delicate Sheng encompasses whole earth, hearty wood and forest."
"The taste is very smooth, and the sweetness is warm and gentle."
"It was good."
"Delightful. Rich taste of mountain nectar"
