This small-group workshop covers everything from the history of the gaiwan and Yixing teapot to identifying ancient Chinese kilns and selecting quality teaware. You will receive your own set of teaware and utensils for practical application, focusing on mastering the brewing of complex oolong and puerh teas. Snacks are provided.
