2005 Ba Jiao Ting Raw Pu-erh Cake
A well-balanced and expressive raw Pu-erh tea from the Menghai Pu-erh tea region, featuring floral aromas, a smooth mouthfeel, gentle smokiness, and honeydew notes, with a lingering natural sweetness on the finish.

2017 Menghai Longyuan Mark Huo Shao Ripe Pu-erh
Rich and grounding, with woodsy notes reminiscent of camphor and cedar, accented by a subtle minty undertone. This tea broadens the palate and deepens appreciation for ripe Pu-erh.

Brewing Suggestions

Vintage pu-erh teas are best brewed using gongfu-style brewing:

  1. Tea amount: 7 g to 120-150ml
  2. Teaware: Recommend to use Yixing or Jianshui clay teapot, or gaiwan
  3. Water temperature: 212°F (100°C)
  4. Rinse: Quick rinse to awaken the leaves
  5. Steeping: Gentle pour water into teapot. Start at 10–15 seconds and gradually increase with each infusion.

These Pu-erh teas are highly re-infusable, revealing evolving aromas and flavors over multiple brews. Western-style brewing may also be used with longer steep times and fewer infusions.
