"I have been enjoying this puerh more as I've been drinking it.. I like the ease of shaking out the loose tea from the mandarin ball. A smooth puerh, mandarin gives it a slight dry-citrus flavor."
"A great pu erh. The orange really mellows the tea with citrus."
"I'm typically an Oolong tea drinker, but was intrigued by the idea of a tea packed in a dried orange rind. I brew the tea Gong-fu style with a bit of the orange rind in the pot. The orange undertone goes well with the smoky, chocolate taste of the tea. I brew for myself, alone, so I brew small quantities; finding the right water/tea ratio takes a bit of experimenting, but is rewarding when you get it just right. I use an initial steeping time of 15 seconds. I prefer to use a water temperature of 95* C. The taste of the tea is smoky, but smooth and not heavy at all. I find it a more caffeinated beverage than most oolongs. I get about 8 steepings from the tea."
