Enjoyable Tea
"The tea is not too tightly pressed which is nice. The smell of the leaves after the first brew is a very pleasant sweet dried grain. The tea also has a sugary grain aroma. The taste is slightly saline, with some interesting sweet notes. The sweetness is comparable to the after taste of jam, with a bit of herbal medicine. It is almost like chocolate covered cherries but without a defined chocolate flavor. There is some soft bitterness a few steeps in. You can feel tastes in the whole mouth, and you become aware that much of your mouth is not normally noticed. Overall a fun and enjoyable tea, without an overpowering cha chi."
