2015 Tai Hua Ancient Tree Raw Pu-erh Tea

This Pu-erh tea is a middle aged treasure, sourced from the historic Feng Qing county near the renowned 3,200-year-old "Mother of Tea Trees." Aged for over 10 years, it offers a remarkably smooth, sweet sugarcane flavor with minimal astringency, a deep golden liquor, and incredible salivary stimulation (生津). Produced by the respected Yunnan Chun Ming Tea Company, this whole cake weighs 400g, a great value for your tea collection and daily enjoyment. 

Tai Hua tea was a famous tea in Feng Qing during ancient times, having gained notoriety from the book “The Travel Dairies” by the great geologist and writer Xu Xia Ke (徐霞客) of the Ming dynasty, who described the tea from this region as both delicious and comforting.
