Frequently Asked Questions
When do you charge and ship the tea?
We charge the tea on 10th of each month and ship via USPS First Class mail. You can sign up any time. Subscriptions received between 10th and 25th will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Subscriptions received after 25th of each month will be counted as the following month and fulfilled for the following month.
What about gift memberships?
Tea of the Month Club is a great gift for all occasions, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, anniversaries, birthdays, you name it. When you buy a gift membership, please note the occasion, and we will do a gift wrap for the first month’s package.
Can I pick and choose the tea I get?
Unfortunately, no. Our expert staff hand-selects the teas each month to match the criteria for each program, which are designed to help you explore and broaden your tea knowledge and enhance your tea drinking experience. Besides, some of the teas offered in the tea of the month club are very rare and likely not available anywhere else. You might very well miss out one of the world’s finest teas.
I don’t like the tea of a particular month, can I substitute?
Yes. If you don’t like a particular tea after our announcement, please let us know, we will be gladly substitute another tea for you before the shipment. However, we strongly suggest you to give the tea a try. If you have tried the tea and don't like it, please do let us know. It may very well be that the tea is not brewed correctly. If you absolutely dislike the tea after you tasted, we can either substitute another tea or offer you a store credit for the equivalent value towards your next purchase.
