You'll learn the wide variety of oolong teas—from the floral, fragrant notes to the bold, roasted flavors of China’s exquisite oolongs. Learn about the fascinating terroirs where these teas are grown, and how the environment, climate, and soil shape the flavor profiles that make oolongs so special. Discover the craftsmanship behind every step of tea production, from leaf picking to hand-rolling, and gain insight into brewing techniques that bring out the best in each tea. As part of this sensory journey, you'll taste a curated flight of four exquisite oolongs, paired with gourmet savories and sweets. 

The class is led by Victoria Wu, a tea expert and professional taster with 10 years of experience curating premium, authentic teas. Victoria’s passion for tea has taken her across China’s historical tea regions, where she’s learned directly from tea masters and producers. Her extensive knowledge and personal insights will guide you through the nuances of tasting and brewing techniques, making this an educational experience you won't forget.
