2016 Authentic Bing Dao Arbor Tree Raw Pu-erh Tea Dragon Balls

Hailed from the famous Bing Dao village, literally Iceland in Chinese, of Mengku, Yunnan province is said to be like the Champagne is to French wine. There are five natural villages in the Bing Dao area, and this tea is truly a treasure find. Can you imagine a tea that tastes like sugar cane juice in your mouth? 

This tea is very aromatic, sweet and smooth, full bodied, and has good huigan.  

The raw tea was harvested in the spring of 2016 then hand pressed and hand wrapped into individual balls. Each ball weighs about 8.3g, varies from 7.8-8.5g, and is meant for a single serving, each serving can brew for up to 20 steeps. Brewing the tea is easy; use any utensils you have at hand, either a gaiwan, glass tea pot, or clay teapot. However, we recommend gongfu-style brew to get the most out of this delicious tea.
