This tea is from Big Snow Mountains, curated on Victoria Wu's 2017 tea sourcing trip to Mengku, one of the most sought-after puerh tea producing regions of Yunnan. Due to the recent years of high demand of Bing Dao ancient tree pu'erh tea, the town of Mengku has quickly become a top destination for high quality, ancient tree pu-erh tea. This tea has distinctive sweet honey notes, a slightly underlying smoky flavor, with a hint of nutmeg and almond. It pairs well with savory food, ideal for afternoon tea or for a boost of energy and alertness.
