Oolong Tea Class Fundamentals and A Flight of Guided Tea Tasting

This class is conducted by Victoria Wu, founder, a tea expert and professional taster. She has been curating authentic high quality teas for nine years and has traveled extensively to historical tea regions, learning first hand from growers and tea masters, and through her studies of Chinese tea at various institutions throughout China.
Class is two hours in duration and conducted in a small class setting with an exclusive rich tea culture environment.

- Tasting and comparison a flight of five oolong teas, including Tie Guan Ying, Phoenix Dan Cong and Wuyi Rock oolong. Each attendee is given two gongfu teacups for comparison.
