Come join us for a great fun learning class exploring the world of fine Chinese tea; the six classes of tea, origins, history, processing, tasting profiles, and health benefits. A simply version of gongfu tea ceremony will also be presented. The online class is 2 hours in duration with guided tasting and a Q&A session. PowerPoint slides and many first hand field photos and videos will be presented. This class will surely build the foundation of your essential knowledge of tea and guide you past the many, often misconceived notions about tea. 

This online class is conducted by Victoria, who is passionate about tea and has traveled extensively in China's legendary and mysterious tea mountains, learning first-hand from growers, tea masters and through her studies of Chinese tea at various reputable institutions throughout China. 

Virtual class materials:  Includes a tasting flight of 12 tea samples of 10-14g each,  shipped free of charge after registration. These samples are carefully selected for learning purposes. They are of high quality and authenticity, rarely found elsewhere on the market. 

Registration will close one week prior to the event to allow time for shipping of the teas. Video link information will be provided before the start of the class.

• An instant read thermometer or variable temperature water kettle.
