Confidant Yunnan Arbor Tree Raw Pu-erh Tea Mini Cake

This tea was sourced by Victoria on her fall 2017 tea trip to Mengku, one of the major sought after pu'erh tea producing regions of Yunnan. Like an old friend, it will take no time to treasure this tea. You will taste the freshness like a sweet breeze from the ancient mountains. The first flavor you will notice is the honey sweetness that lasts from the beginning to finish. It is sweet, floral and fruity, smooth with quick Hui Gan, or sweet aftertaste. It has a hint of nutmeg, almond, vanilla, and passion fruit. Each mini cake weighs 8g, the standard preferred size for one pao or one tea session, good for one person or up to four people to enjoy. If brewed in gongfu style, it can sustain up to 15 steepings.

It is floral, honey sweet, mellow, refreshing, very smooth, quick hui gan. It has a hint of almond, vanilla, and passion fruit. Slightly astringent if brewed too long. 

210oF, 1 nugget for 6-8 oz of spring/filtered water, about 20 seconds each steepings, up to 15 steepings, adjust to taste. We advise against the use of tap water as well as purified water.
