It originated in West Lake of Hangzhou, and is now cultivated in other parts of Zhejiang province and other regions of China, resulting in tea that can vary significantly in quality and taste. This tea is from Xin Chang county, one of the Long Jing producing regions outside of West Lake in Zhejiang province.

180oF, 4g (2 tsp) for 6-8 oz of spring/filtered water, adjust to taste, 30s to 1 minutes, 3 steepings. We advise against the use of tap water as well as purified water.
