Highlights

Tie Guan Ying is one of the most revered and sought after oolong teas in China. Sourced directly from the master Zhou in Anxi, Fujian province, hand picked and hand rolled. The authentic high quality Tie Guan Yin should have the shape of so called "Qing Ting Tou", meaning Dragonfly Dead. The quality of Tie Guan Yin as well as taste are traditionally graded into four types, Zhen Wei, Xiao Zhen, Xiao Qing, and Tuo Shuan. Zhen Wei is the best among them and Tuo Shuan is the inferiors grade.

This tea is very aromatic, very clean taste, creamy, full bodied, with sweet and enduring finish that lingers in the mouth and nose. It can sustain as many as ten infusions. Oolong tea has many health benefits, mostly known as skinny tea.

Each small pack weighs 8.3g, a standard size for gongfu brewing.
