This top grade Tie Guan Yin on the market, sourced directly from the master Zhou in Anxi, Fujian province, hand picked and processed with great care. It tastes very delicate, has complex floral notes of Orchid. The liquor is very clean and green yellowish, has strong fruity notes of peach or papaya, is sweet and soothing, full bodied, with strong aftertaste and saliva-producing qualities. 

The authentic high quality Tie Guan Yin should have the shape of so called "Qing Ting Tou", meaning Dragonfly Head. The quality of Tie Guan Yin as well as taste are traditionally graded into four types, Zhen Wei, Xiao Zhen, Xiao Qing, and Tuo Shuan. Zhen Wei, meaning the true flavor, is graded on the top and Tuo Shuan is the inferior grade. 

Tie Guan Yin oolong was originated in Xiping village, where the famous two Mother Bushes is discovered. You can see the goddess Mother Bushes behind Victoria in the picture below, where she is sitting beside the historic marker. 

Oolong tea has many health benefits, including help digestion, known as "skinny tea". 

Each vacuumed packet weighs 8g, a standard size for gongfu tea brewing.

    212oF, one pack 8.3g for 8oz of spring/filtered water, adjust to taste, 0.5-1minutes, 10 steeps. We advise against the use of tap water as well as purified water.
