2021 Fuding Silver Needles White Tea Bai Hao Yin Zhen Supreme
Fuding is regarded as the most sought-after source for high quality white tea. It has a unique terroir with 90% hilly land, and is credited as the "Home of Chinese White Tea".
This tea is the first harvest from Diantou, the traditional core harvest area of Fuding, Fujian province. It is hand picked, sun-dried, and masterfully processed. It is delightfully fresh and very floral, mellow and sweet, with notes of fresh pear, papaya, vanilla and dates, producing a deeply satisfying cup.
Silver Needle has a very distinctive appearance. Most inferior silver needles on the market are not Fuding white tea, rather are from Zhen He and other parts of Fujian province, or from a later harvest. At Meimei Fine Teas, we only offer high quality teas from their true origin as terrior plays a crucial role in tea taste and overall sensory experience.
